Anytime fitness reviews 20158/10/2023 ![]() She also did not provide me with a valid corporate number but just there 3rd party billing company who also could not help me. Then when I wanted to cancel my membership, she refused to cancel it at no charge for all the inconvenience they caused. The manager spent half the time not listening and being ignorant. They have no concern for their customers and don't believe the customer is right. The customer service was terrible! the manager laughed at me and never addressed my concern. I don’t know if they’ll have the nerve to contact me about it after seeing these poor reviews but if they do, they shan’t be hearing back!! He was able to cancel the direct debit from my banking app which I am grateful for. He called them up to question it and was told that they do in fact provide 3 month contracts. My friend was interested in starting a membership with them so I warned them that they only provide 1 year contracts. After going back and forth over emails for a week and a half they suggest that they can pause my membership for 3 months but can only do so after the NEXT payment made (which, may I add, they had prolonged the email replies so that they could only offer this 2 days before my next payment). Tell me why after this time period they are refusing to cancel my membership claiming that they only offer 1 year memberships. Before joining they told me it was a 3 month contract which I was fine with. ![]() Not my fault they didn't understand what we agreed 3-4months prior. Absolute joke to say the least, to avoid any ownership of the issue and insist we pay is a joke. U gained 80euro but lost someone who would have been paying at least 1years worth of payments. Well I guess I'm gona cancel my membership too. Had a very bad experience with these, been a member straight through covid and my partner joined but relised she didn't want to go but finished her 12month contract and then wanted to cancel but they took 1month after that and then we asked to cancel and they quoted the policy and said we had to give 1month notice even though we gave 5months and this time we where just checking to why it wasn't cancelled and they are insisting on taking another month even though she is not planning on using it - again for me stall tactics to get as much as they can, next month they will use another excuse. Nonostante la mia esperienza negativa, devo tornare in palestra per il resto del mio piano. In quelle palestre, i clienti possono entrare prima che il personale lasci, ma possono uscire quando vogliono senza problemi. Sono stato in altre palestre aperte 24 ore su 24 e non ho mai incontrato una tale politica. Questo è un enorme insulto per le persone come me che scelgono di non impegnarsi in un piano a lungo termine. Quando ho contestato questa politica, mi è stato detto che non c'è sorveglianza dopo le 21:00 e che persone come me che non hanno un piano a lungo termine potrebbero fare qualcosa che danneggia la palestra quando non ci sono i dipendenti. Oggi sono arrivato in palestra alle 20:30, e ovviamente lo staff voleva andarsene alle 21:00 quindi mi hanno detto che ci sono solo 30 minuti per allenarmi. ![]() Come utente di Fitprime per sessioni singole e utilizzo a breve termine, mi è stato permesso di entrare solo prima delle 21:00. Nonostante la loro affermazione di essere aperti 24 ore su 24, non forniscono l'accesso ai clienti che non hanno un piano a lungo termine dopo le 21:00, il che è assurdo. Italiano> Recentemente ho avuto una terribile esperienza in questo centro fitness a RHO, MILANO. ![]() However, I hope they reconsider their policies and treat all customers equally, regardless of their subscription plans. Despite my negative experience, I do have to go back to the gym for the remaining month of my plan. At those gyms, customers can enter before staff leave, but can exit anytime they like without any issues. I have been to other 24-hour open gyms and have never encountered such a policy. ![]() This is a huge insult to people like me who choose not to commit to a long-term plan. When I questioned this policy, I was told that there is no surveillance after 9PM and that people like me who are not on long-term plans may do something to the detriment of the gym when staff are not there. Today, I arrived at the gym at 8:30PM, and obviously the staff wanted to leave at 9PM so they told me that I just have 30 minutes to work out. As someone who uses Fitprime for single sessions and short-term use, I was only allowed in before 9PM. Despite their claim of being open 24 hours, they do not provide access to customers who are not on long-term plans after 9PM, which is ridiculous. English> I recently had a terrible experience at this fitness center in RHO, MILAN. ![]()
